How to Schedule Transportation

Click the button below to speak with a dispatcher to schedule your trip.
For non-emergency medical transportation, trip requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance during normal business hours. Requests must be made by 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All Monday trips must be scheduled by 3:30 p.m. on the preceding Friday.

Please Have the Following Information Ready For the Dispatcher

  1. Name

  2. Address for pickup location

  3. Date of appointment

  4. Time of appointment

  5. Your drop-off location

  6. Phone number where you can be contacted

  7. If you will have an attendant going with you

  8. Information regarding mobility devices (if available)

  9. If you require assistance boarding and unboarding the bus
